I'm Kerrie, I began with messagemedia working in the helpdesk developing our products and service. A year later I'm now Operations Co-Ordinator. I integrate with all departments in messagemedia concentrating on customer satisfaction, our products and our accounts. |
Why did you decide to join messagemedia?
messagemedia is a rapidly growing company, to join in the early stages presented a challenge to make a difference, to be able to refine our products and service and to be the best possible.
What interesting projects have you worked on at messagemedia?
Working across customer service, support and accounts I can see the difference I have made in each area since I have joined. I use systems that I helped design, processes that I put in place. It is extremely rewarding to know that I made that choice, that decision and the fact that it has made life easier for our users/team and partners involved.
What do you like most about working here?
At messagemedia, everyone makes a difference. It is a very open, flexible and friendly team environment. To be able to “own” our selected departments gives us more reason to do things right, to make things better and to be proud of our work.
What do you like least about working here?
Missing my train when I work late.
