Established in 2000 and based in Melbourne, we design, build and customise communication solutions that cater for business challenges and opportunities. messagemedia has a range of products and services, but our focus is always the same – we do what it takes to help our clients reach their goals in an online world.

History

messagemedia began life as Message4U in response to the emergence of SMS as a communication tool. Our company founders saw widespread possibilities in this fledgling technology, and after 12 months R&D, messagemedia released the first two way desktop-SMS service. This pioneering software allowed PC users to send and receive SMS messages directly from their desktop, an application that was quickly embraced by the business world.

As messagemedia developed and refined its proprietary technology, the use of SMS exploded. Our total commitment to innovation and service has seen us lead the industry through this growth stage, we now integrate SMS connectivity through a range of industries, including the financial, health, media, sport, technology and retail sectors.

Today, messagemedia is Australia's largest corporate SMS service provider. We have over 6,000 business/government clients, from BHP and ANZ to your local hairdresser, but whatever their size or industry, they come to us for three essential reasons:
